Nicole has also impacted the lives of thousands of women through her writing, public speaking, and podcasts. Her relatable and big-hearted wisdom sees her explore personal and intimate topics that many others dare not speak about. She is the author of The Beauty Load, How to feel enough in a world full of beauty (Kind Press, 2022), which was inspired in equal parts by her work as a counsellor as well as her own struggles to accept her body and most recently the challenge with the Beauty Load as a parent of two teenage kids.

    This course has been designed for adults. If you think it would suit your teenager, I recommend that you complete the program yourself before you offer it to them, or that you do the course alongside them so that you can guide them through any content that may bring stuff up for them.

  • Can this course help me with my personal mental health or eating disorders issues?

    I cannot answer individual health or medical questions in this course. Please seek a specialist If you require professional help and support please.

    This course is direct, concise and guides you directly to self-compassion as the antidote for the negativity that the toxic messaging has led us to internalise.     Absolutely, While the self-compassion skills and practices you learn here are focussed on changing your relationship with your body and beauty, they are interchangeable. You can apply them to any other area of your life where you feel a negative, insecure or anxious part of you is taking over.
